What kind of acne scars do you have?  In my experience the total fx CO2 laser is exceptional for acne scarring. It is ablative and fractional. But it is expensive and you need 7 days of downtime. It transformed my skin. This is for pitting and texture issues more than pigment probably. It stimulates collagen. For microneedling, there are different levels. There’s microneedling and then there’s microneedling with radio frequency (secret rf).  I believe adding the radio frequency makes it much more powerful. That has very little downtime but it’s supposed to be very effective on acne scars.  You should go to a very upscale med spa or dermatology office or plastic surgeon and see what they recommend.  I did have the platelet rich plasma with my CO2 laser, it’s a little different than the vampire facial (personally I would never do the vampire facial). I don’t think vampire will get you the results you’re looking for, it’s prob not necessary.
