I did a quick look and saw recommendations for Mega, Rainbow Light, and Deva Vegan Prenatal.

I have used Rainbow Light Multi and B Complex and had an accupunturist recommend the brand. It seems like a very good one.

I take the rainbow light and they have been treating me well so far! most of my pregnant nurse friends take them too becuase they have a nice amount or iron but are still easy on your stomach.

@trixiesrockets:  I take the Rainbow Light prenatal, and I really like it.  One thing to note is that it doesn’t have DHA – so if that’s important to you (my doctor wanted me to add it) Rainbow Light makes a separate DHA pill you can supplement with.  I just ordered it ๐Ÿ™‚

@trixiesrockets:  I’m taking megafood, I didn;t know that there were vegan/non vegan prenatals until I went to the Health food store. So far i like them ๐Ÿ™‚ (not pregnant though!)
