We were married at Caesar’s.  They have indoor chapels or you could get married outside in their gardens.  Getting married outside is more expensive however.  I would definitely recommend Caesar’s.  Our wedding coordinator was extremely friendly and professional and everything went very smoothly on the big day.  A lot of the hotels on the strip have very nice wedding chapels as well.  It’s all based on personal preference.  Feel free to PM me if you have any questions that I can help with.

We have just started planning, but are getting married in Vegas and I can’t wait! We have chosen the MGM Hotel and Wedding Chapel. http://www.mgmweddings.com. The ceremony will be small with just a few family and close friends and then we will go all over vegas to take photos wherever and create our own special album and experience.

I think it will be unique and fun. There are tons of great deals up and down the strip!

We’re getting married at the Wynn next month!  Our reception will be across the street at Maggiano’s restaurant.

I love Weddingbee, but I would highly recommend the Las Vegas Knot forum for everything Vegas-related. Those ladies are GREAT and so knowledgeable… it makes planning a Vegas wedding a breeze. πŸ™‚

We are giving a Vegas wedding serious thought…. I googled Las Vegas weddings and found soooo much information.  I haven’t picked a chapel yet.  I have decided I would prefer to get married at a chapel on the strip, compared to a hotel (it’s cheaper).  I too want a tradtional wedding. There will only be 8 of us in attendance.

I’m getting married in one of the gardens at Caesar’s Palace and having our reception at Joe’s in the Caesar’s Forum shops.  I also highly recommend the Knot Las Vegas forums that jenniferceline posted a link to – so much good information as well as honest reviews and recommendations!

I love the Chapel at Mandalay Bay. It’s just beautiful.

We’ve done poolside weddings at the Flamingo before. That’s a great venue as well.

I just attending a wedding in the Garden at the Flamingo in June. It was beautiful…and the way the gazebo is positioned in the garden..allowed the building to block out most of the direct sunlight so it wasn’t blazing hot either. The bride and groom then had a light reception in their suite at Ceasar’s Palace.

One word…Bellagio.

We got married there last year and it was the most beautiful, memorable experience ever. First, we got the Millenium Package. It runs about 7k but it comes with a bunch of stuff. If that is out of budget, there are other packages available too.

Ultimately, we didn’t have to send invites for the affair because it was optional. Many people needed a reason get back to Vegas so we thought a wedding would be a great one.

So, here are the things that absolutely can’t be replicated anywhere else. Our photography was amazing, pictures at the Fontana overlooking the fountains as their going off, walking through the casino in full wedding garb and having complete strangers stop and take pictures with you, getting photos in the atrium/garden and pictures at the craps tables throwing dice…cheesy but so fun.

The chapel we used was the smaller one that seated about 40. They have a larger one that seats up to 200 and the outdoor chapel, which is beautiful but we got married in August so it was too hot to be outside.

Anyway, the Bellagio was classy all the way around and when we got back, everyone said that they WISHED they had done what we did.

Congrats and I hope you do it!

This is a boutique hotel and looks amazing (if you appreciate that style!) Just thought i would give you an alternative to the regular strip hotels

I am getting married on the gondola at the Venetian.  We are not having a reception really, but got a large suite at Luxor and having people back to our room after dinner for cupcakes and champagne, hanging out and drinks.  The Ceremony is $900 and includes a couple extras.  Three nights at the Luxor in a very large suite costs about the same, and our plane tickets about $300.  So all in all, pretty inexpensive, if cost is an issue.

We are getting married at the Crescendo Pool at the Flamingo.  We are having a small dinner at Margaritaville right next door (tentatively).  Our wedding isn’t until 2012, so we are still deciding on what to do.  But we are definitely getting married at the Flamingo.  We didn’t want the whole Elvis thing either even though that’s what everyone asks about!

We are locals here in Vegas, and having our wedding here. πŸ™‚

My ceremony (tentatively) will be at the Springs Preserve… which is a beautiful outdoor setting. They do ceremonies and receptions, but we are just having the ceremony there. This also depends on WHEN… I see you are looking at April which should be alright, but could still be hot! The space is beautiful, check out their website. http://www.springspreserve.com The only thing that can get SUPER pricey about having a reception here is they only offer one caterer, but it’s Wolfgang Puck so you know it would be good.

Our reception is at the One Six, which is the Lounge on the 16th floor of the Eastside Cannery. This is one of my favorite spots in Vegas. It’s private, away from the strip but has a full strip view. The hotel is smaller, but really new and beautiful. Rooms there are only $32 on weeknights and $62 Friday and Sat! πŸ™‚ Plus the WHOLE one six will be ours… which is AMAZING.

Here, have a photo! πŸ™‚

We are getting married at Vegas Weddings 702wedding.com on 3-17-11 at 5pm!  Robyne has been wonderful helping me make all my dreams come true on a tight budget!!!

We choose St. Patty’s Day because that was when it all started for us….3 years ago on St. Patty’s Day with our first kiss (he’s Irish).  We are getting married in Vegas because I have four kids and we don’t have a lot of money to spend and we need to just get away for a minute just the two of us.

Since we can’t afford to take the kids with us my Fiance had a wonderful idea…we will be having a simple ceremony before we go to Vegas where my Fiance will make vows to my kids promising to love and care for them as if they are his own children.  He will present each of them with a bracelet as a token of his love.   When he told me his idea for this, I about fell over!  What a great idea, I have never heard of this before, but I love it and the kids are very excited too!  We have a wonderful man in our lives and I just can’t wait to become his wife!

I do have a question for anyone out there…does anyone have any suggestions on where to have our post wedding dinner?  I was thinking Top of the World but I can’t make up my mind.
