Hi Natakie16 I am looking for the same thing. We are not having a traditional wedding more of a party with showgirls, band, photobooths, cigar rollers, flaring bartenders, etc and want some to catch these moments. I will let you know if I find anything. regards, Carla

Well you are in luck!  I am happy to say that a couple of my best friends just happen to have a fabulous wedding photography company here in Vegas.  They are actually the people who are shooting Miss Dumplings wedding in a couple of weeks!  Their names are Josh and Kenny Cohen.  You can view their photos at http://www.thecohensphoto.com.  They do very modern work, with a touch of everything in between.  Let me know what you think!

Ok, I am just gonna put this out there as an FYI.  I had contacted the Cohen’s after Miss Dumping posted because at the time we were planning to get married in Vegas.  We talked for almost an hour, the price was actually in my budget, I just needed to go over the info with my FH.  They never sent me the package they promised, and never returned my attempts to contact them. Their photos are beautiful but I felt brushed off 🙁  Sorry

That’s a bummer to hear about the Cohens.  I booked them a few months ago and have had really good luck with them so far.  I saw on their website that their email system had gone down for a while, so that may have been the problem with Amber1279’s communication issues.  Josh Cohen is really good with calls.  Good luck!

There are some photographers out there I know that do packages for only 4-5 hours of coverage.  Maybe this will work?  One photographer I know who does this is Michael Chansley (www.michaelchansley.com).  We are considering this compared to the full day package he offers with album.

Jody Rael is a great photographer. And good prices! She was a photojournalist before starting her photo-business. She’s awesome 🙂

We used Bently and Wilson and loved them! Especially the price…you can’t beat it and you get the digital images and rights to all the images so you can do your own printing later too!

I just went with Toner Photography. They’re not even doing the ceremony, just a 2 hour limo-photo tour. I’m pretty excited, and I love her work!

I’m interested in recommendations  as well so keep ’em coming!  I love the Cohen’s style and emailed them to get more information. I  got the auto-reply that they got the message and would be answering ASAP but they never responded.  I’m kind of bummed.

we just got married on June 13th and our photographers were Mike Lichtenwalner Photography (i think i spelled that right) we flew in on thursday night and met them on friday, the wedding was saturday. they did an amazing job. it’s been only a couple of weeks but we already have seen our slideshow and we love it. their site is http://www.MikeLPhotos.com. they have only been around a couple years i guess so their prices are good. we couldn’t be happier.
