I loved the pizza place at the Wynn, and another restaurant there (the name escapes me, sorry).. overall the Wynn was fantastic – we stayed there.

For casual dining, Stripburger (near Fashion Show Mall) was yummy.

For fabulous desserts, check out the pastry shop at the Aria. OMG, amazing.

Picasso in the Bellagio. Original Picasso paintings on the walls. This place was amazing. One of the best meals of my life. Not sure I would have gone if I was paying though;) Spectacular, maybe you can win big and go and eat here!

The Pub at the Monte Carlo had awesome burgers and a phenomenal beer selection. Their flatbreads were also great and very reasonably priced

I highly recommend Bouchon at The Venetian hotel. A nice French restaurant. On the same line I would also highly recommend Mon Ami Gabi at the Paris hotel, a very cute (semi casual) little French bistro restaurant.

For Itilian I would recommend Enoteca at the Venetian.

There are tons of good restaurants in Vegas.

@doxielove:  The Wynn IS walking distance from Treasure Island. I often stay at TI because it’s pretty central on the strip. 🙂

My absolutely favorite dining experience in Vegas is sunday brunch at Veranda at the Four Seasons.  Best brunch ever!!!

I also love Lavo at the Palazzo for dinner.

Best meal of my life at Olives at Bellagio.  Make a reservation and when you get there tell them you’ll wait for a table on the patio.  Front row view of the fountain show.

I also second Mesa Grill and Mon Ami Gabi (for brunch or lunch).
