(Closed) Vegas Wedding, with or without Bridesmaids?

@stillframe:  I say no bridesmaids.  Could you have that one bridesmaid as a witness instead? Just so that she can be there, but not necessarily in the wedding? Saves money! 🙂

It is hard to have a bridal party for a destination wedding.

First, your friends/family will have to pay for flights, hotels, food/drink, etc to attend the wedding.  The cost of a dress/tux might just makes things a bit too expensive.

I think you are better off not having a wedding party except for the flower girl….

And for the friends/family that will be able to attend, you can all have a stress free day….

@stillframe:  This is one of the reasons I WANT a destination wedding: so I dont have to have a bridal party or large parts of my family there :-p


I vote to keep just your daughter as a flower girl and use that $400+ left over to go do something memorable 🙂
