For an entree, I would go with the risotto or the ravioli. They all sound delicious. but those 2 sound the most filling as a meal

I think they all sound great!   I voted mushroom ravioli, but I think that and the strudel are equally good choices. Risotto is hard to make in large batches, so that’s the only reason I didn’t vote for that. Also, the vegetable tower might not be that filling because it’s only vegetables.

I think they all sound good, but I think either the risotto or the ravioli would be the most popular with the majority of the guests that are getting the vegetarian options.

Are there any other dietary concerns? Such as is anyone vegan or gluten free? Would those be different meals, or would they be adaptations of the main meal(s)?

@MsGinkgo:  these all sound amazing!!! I don’t think you can go wrong with any of these. I have to say, I had a veg strudel at a banquet once, and it was hands down the BEST banquet meal I’d ever had (and I’m only a 6 day/wk type vegetarian–I usually get meat on occasions like these), so I voted strudel.

ETA: definitely go with the strudel. Lol

We had wild mushroom ravioli and it was so good and everyone loved it.  So i might be slighly biased.

@MsGinkgo I am a vegetarian and all of these options sound delicious. I’ve had a strudel-type dish at a wedding before, though, and it was AMAZING! The other menu options are things that you can traditionally get at a restaurant, but I think the strudel sounds most unique/special.

@MsGinkgo:  As someone who can’t eat gluten, I would love the risotto or the veggie tower. However, because I can never eat the veggie option (it is always pasta, except for at my wedding), I always order steak or something else hard to coat in flour.

Strudel.  The mushroom ravioli sounds good but I know people allergic to mushrooms and nuts.

Either the risotto or the vegetable streudel!  They all sound good, but those two sound the most substantial.  I don’t like mushrooms, so I would not want the ravioli.

@MsGinkgo:  I’d take the ravioli or the strudel. The risotto sounds lovely too but I HATE goat cheese and many veggie options have that which kinda ruined it for me as it left me with nothing to eat. So depending on how picky your veggie guests are, I wouldn’t go with sth like goat cheese.

If this could be replaced i’d go for the risotto. It sounds delicious and to me risotto is more special / fancy than sth like plain roasted veggies (the tower).

I’m not a vegetarian but I love veggies. I voted for the strudel. Both the ravioli and risotto sound good but nuts and goat cheese are a bit more polarizing. The strudel sounds like more of a crowd pleaser. They all sound yummy though.
