We had caprese bites (mozzarella, basil, and cherry tomatos on tiny skewers) which was memorable and delicious.  I actually can’t remember what else we had (everything was vegetarian) because husband and I were getting photos done at that time and we didn’t get to eat much of it!

Ooh yummy Indian is the best cuisine! My husband is Indian and a chef, and I’m vegetarian – my dream has come true! Hehe

For a non-Indian veg apps I love asparagus vol-au-vents – totally old school and doesn’t really match with Indian but they are so yummy. Also like arancini balls.

I always like to see fruit and veggies. May be boring, but it’s nice to have some healthy options.

Crostini with ricotta or goat cheese with fruit or honey, black bean taquitos, chips and salsa or guac, hummus pinwheels, cheese stuffed jalapenos, bruschetta.

We had these amazing mini black bean patties with a spicy drizzle on top. And mushroom dumplings.

A cheese board! We had all veggie apps… I can’t remember most of them now, but I think we had lightly battered artichokes, Mac n cheese bites maybe, tomato/mozzarella bites…
