So i’m not a vegetarian, but about 3 days out of the week I try to go meatless.
I just wanted to give props to my wonderful work cafeteria for the awesome vegetarian crab cake I just had, it was amazing, served with an avocado aioli (is that spelled right?) and a spinach salad topped with tomato and carrott and a fantastic vinegarette. nom nom nom.
How about you? Does your workplace cater to vegetarians?
Also as a side note, I must add that I work at a hospital so they offer a daily vegetarian option not just for coworkers, but also for patients.

Our work cafeteria is amazing.
Every day there is something new at a kosher station.
There’s a sushi station and they will make rolls with brown rice at no extra charge and they have different specialty rolls every day. I’m having a divine seared tuna roll right now.
There’s a deli counter, soup station (that always has at least one vegetarian option and usually a vegan option too).
There is a grill with veggie burgers and other veggie options, pizza station, and rotisserie station usually with delicious veggie and vegan sides.
There is a make your own salad bar as well as a chopped salad station (both with tofu and other veggie options).
Then 2 stations that change every week.
All the items are marked with symbols so you know whether they are kosher, veggie, or vegan.
Finally, there is a “specialty chef” that comes in each day to prepare a different meal. This week they are super bowl themed and have alternated between Pittsburgh dishes and Green Bay dishes.
The best part about my cafe though, is that it is subsidized. You can’t beat a $3 made to order sushi roll on brown rice!

@KatNYC2011: Your work sounds amazing! We have a sushi station also, and it’s great, however it’s like $8.95 for a roll. Which is more than I spend on most of the rolls I order at an actual sushi restaurant. I’ve gotten it a few times but I can only afford to get it about once a month.
