Thanks to everyone who helped me decide on my dress. http://boards.weddingbee.com/topic/poll-help-decide-on-dress. I decided on dress 1, Yay! And now I need to decide on a veil. As I am not very confident with my taste I need help styling myself. Here are the official pictures of my dress:[attachment=1043456,129550] [attachment=1043456,129551]. Big difference I was thinking of maybe using a veil like this? [attachment=1043456,129553] or this? [attachment=1043456,129555] What do you think? The only thing I know is that I don’t like poufy veil. I am confused…..and if anyone wants to help with the accessories that’d be great Thanks!
Forgot to mention. I’ll be wearing my hair up.

How about a mantilla veil to match the top of your dress?

Oh I actually like the second one (the long one).

Definitely go with the long one. It goes so well with the style of your dress. A shorter veil might look poufy because it will seem like another ruffle layer being above the ruffles of the dress.

songtokwok, I was actually starting to think about the lace veil you attached. I was trying to make the post less messy then saw your posts. Thank you! I’m not sure whether the ruffles on the veil will make it too much for the dress.

I actually the the first one (shorter). I’m not into long veils…they drag and it’ll hide the mermaid butt and pretty buttons!

I don’t like the way the long one looks with your dress. There is alot going on down there if you have both. I would go with a shorter veil that willl show off the back of your dress.
Maybe an elbow or waist length veil.

I think mantilla is the way to go, then keep the accessories simple.

Love the long one. Do you mind me asking where you got your gown and how much you paid. I bought a dress but wanted a ruffly one. I love love lov eyour dress, has everything I like. Wanting to get a second reception dress to wear, but can’t spend a fortune as my mother is mad I want another dress (she talked me into my dress and out of a ruffly one). Would you consider selling yours after you wear it?

hmph…I just lost my post because I added a tag…
Thank you everyone for your comments. But I’m still confused. beekiss2 and jackie, I thought at first long veil and ruffled dress doesn’t work together but in the pic I posted I thought they work.
I think I’m going to have a veil with birdcage in front like pic below without the flower. Does it look weird?
fishwoman it’s really nice to know someone else love my dress. I’m sure the one your mom talked you into must be gorgeous on you. I haven’t really thought about selling my dress but why not….if you really love it. I’ll pm you my email address and more information on the dress.
