I actually really like it. Normally for such a detailed dress Is day something simple but this is simple with an added touch. I think it looks awesome with the gold of your dress. It’s okay to mix something modern and something vintage feeling.

It’s a gorgeous veil, I can see why you’re struggling!! I personally don’t like the mix of vintage with modern. But that veil would look awesome without the pink! Do they make it like that?

Both the dress and the veil are gorgeous- Imo, they are meant to stand on their own.  If it were me I’d choose one or the other.  Together I think they compete with each other.

If I chose the veil, I’d wear a simpler dress.

If I chose the dress, I’d wear a much simpler veil.  I might also wear a shorter veil, as your gown has a beautiful high neck.  For me, high neck + extra long veil= too much fabric.  Your face and hair would be lost

I dunno, I don’t love it, I don’t hate it. I personally love plain veils so that’s what I’d do. If you want some detail maybe a veil with sparkle/scattered crystals? I’d steer away from lace, it’s very hard to match and often ends up too heavy.

I’m sorry, I’m not a fan.  I think a simple veil would be great with your dress.  The same style as the ombre, just all one color to match better.

I love both but not together. I do think modern and vintage can be used together, but they should share an element of design or color and these don’t.

A long, plain veil would look perfect with your dress.

I actually really like it but I’m partial to the warmer colored dresses/alternative colors for bridal wear. If it seems too modern for you you could always do more of a light blush or all champagne color instead of the ombré. The veil another bee posted above looks gorgeous.

not a fan. I think it looks weird with your dress, and I would choose a more simple veil (if at all)

libellules :  Well it’s all about what you like! That’s what matters. I think it blends surprisingly well with your dress. Gold would be lovely too! That’s what I’m thinking about doing with my veil.
