For those of you who will be wearing a veil on your wedding day, did you have it with you during the trial?
I’ll be having my trial in a few weeks but do not have a veil currently but will be wearing one for my ceremony. I’m just wondering if it’s a big deal not to have it during the trial.

Yes, bring it if you have but no biggie if you dont! Also wear a top with the same/close to color of your dress.

I didn’t do a trial, but I had a consultation. She just asked me questions about my veil: how does it attach, does it have anything on the comb, is it big and poofy, etc. The lady who did my hair has 26 years experience and has seen a lot of different veils. Describing it was enough for her.

I didn’t have a hair trial. If I was going to, my hair dresser said I only needed to bring it if it had some intricate comb or clasp that wasn’t a standard veil comb. My bridal salon allowed you to borrow their samples for hair trials if you felt it was something you needed to do. Most bridal hair stylists know what to do with veils.
