Oooh, I’d be afraid of the cathedral covering up the beautiful back of that dress!

=o/  You’re right, that pic shows it kind of breaks it up and totally changes the look.  Sorry, I’m not very good with veil help…. I’m a birdcage gal!  lol.  Maybe a cathedral veil that’s VERY sheer?  That way you can see through it to see the dress?

Yeah, I think that one would work!!  Can you find one for a reasonable price?  That way if you hate it you’re not out too much money?

I’m having the same veil dilemma.  I’m just curious about why you said you can’t wear your hair down?  It looks like your hair is short and I thnk it would be lovely maybe half-up?

As for the veil…I’m afraid I’m not much help.  The dress is so stunning, I’d probably opt to wear a lovely hair accessory instead of a veil, but then I’d proabbly second guess that a billion times because a veil is traditional.  Anything longer than a birdcage, though, would take away from how amazing the back is.  It’s really a tough decision 🙁

I think a single layer cathedral veil would look stunning. It would be sheer enough that you could see the back of your gorgeous dress while still adding a bit of drama.

I agree with @Treejewel19: — a sheer, single-layer cathedral veil would be perfect! Your gown is beautiful, by the way.

I think for the ceremony, a long flowly cathedral veil would be perfect. I’m assuming you’ll take it off for the reception anyway so any hair accessories you pick will still get some airtime. I don’t like the way the short veil looks with the dress, but that’s just my opinion. Have you thought about birdcage veils?

I love your dress!  So pretty!

I think a bird cage would work really well with this dress, or even just some beading / a comb etc.  Or like the others have said, a single sheer, but dress length veil so you can see all the detail through it.
