I think a single layer fingertip veil or something shorter with scattered crystals would be nice. Here are a few I found.

@KathPuj:  I’m not sure that it’s “too” much, I suppose it depends upon the look you’re going for. I could certainly see the petal veil in a garden wedding. I think the bottom portion of your dress is pretty full and detailed. I’m not certain whether the veil with petals would enhance your dress or “over enhance” it. I suppose the best way to find out would be to try on both options with the dress.:-) It’s a beautiful dress too, btw.

@KathPuj:  I could be wrong though, so it definitely wouldn’t hurt to try on both styles with your gown. I know this may sound like a lot, but I think the petal veil would really be neat with the same color pink/blush petals on it as in your dress to give some contrast. I don’t see too many veils with a touch of color on them and I think it’d be an unique touch. Let us know what you end up doing. I’d live to see some photos of the final look.:-)

Instincts are either a simple elbow length or cathedral length!  Gorgeous dress! 😀

If you’re trying to keep it from being too formal, I second that a plain tulle elbow or walking length might be nice, since there’s so much detail on the dress (its gorgeous, btw!):

Or if you want to up the formal feel, then a cathedral length might be better.

I went a cathedral length veil. I got it for free from the boutique! it’s got crystals on it… I wish I got my sister to take a picture of it but when I had my fitting, they only had it in like a beige which looked horrible but I still tried it on for looks.

It’s simple but has the drama I like with its length. I didnt want anything else on it because then it would take away from my dress.

@KathPuj:   They’rescattered. I tend to not likeI just the trim only detailing. It seems out dated?
