This is the hairstyle I think I want:
I love the flowers in her hair, but I feel like it would be too much for a veil, too.. Here is the type of veil I want:
So what you all think?! Veil, flowers, or both? And do you like the hairstyle? The wedding and reception are outdoors, the ceremony in a garden, the reception in a tent and a refinished barn!

either/or, but not both! i’d say it depends on your venue–flowers might look out of place at a ballroom, for example, but would be lovely outdoors or in a more rustic venue. both options are lovely 🙂

@finnaroo: Thanks! I added that to the info 🙂

Beautiful ! I say both as you won’t wear the veil all day, especially if its one that covers your face, most likely you will remove it after ceremony and photos. This will leave the beautiful flowers in your hair 🙂 it’s your day have what you dream of

Both for the ceremony, and then you’ll have just the flowers in your hair for the reception 🙂

When I get married, I plan on having both flowers and a veil. Think of it as two looks – ceremony is all pure bridal with a veil, and then at the reception, BAM! Whole new hairdo! 😀 Beautiful choices, by the way.

I would do one or the other – I think the flowers are beautiful!

@arabbel: That is a good way to think of it 🙂

@AmandaShea8: hi I am currently debating with myself about the same thing. I have gone back and forth a million times. Mine is more of a floral crown though. I’m thinking of doing a drop veil underneath the crown, or a traditional veil with blusher at the back of my head with the blusher over the flowers for the walk down the isle. Are you doing a blusher? My wedding is on my families farm, small, kind of rustic and bohemian… Maybe I should just nix the veil idea. I can’t make up my mind!!

ahhhh I wish I could wear flowers and a veil too! LOVE the flowers. Or maybe veil for ceremony and flowers for reception? That’s what I plan on doing. Those flowers are so, so pretty.
