Are you/did you wearing/wear a veil? If so, what kind?
Are you/did you wearing/wear a veil? If so, what kind?
I bought a elbow length veil off of etsy for about $30. I recommend that over getting one at the bridal shop since they are so expensive!
I won’t be wearing one…probably just a flower feather fascinator.
I’m thinking that I’ll go with a birdcage veil. That way I have something fun and flirty and kind of traditional. 🙂
Flower with a cathedral drop veil, plain with a cut edge. No veil for the reception.
I am planning on it! I am trying to decide between chapel and fingertip lengh veils.
I was thinking of having a birdcage veil for the reception and I had it but I forgot it! I was so forgetful at the wedding!
I’m doing feathers in my hair. Everyone said, “You don’t feel liek a bride until you wear the veil” but I didn’t think that was me – sure enough, my only thought when I put one on was, “GET THIS OFF ME!” It was like in Sex & the City when Carrie broke out in a rash when trying on that dress – I just felt so *not* me. Happy to say, when the feathers went in while I had on my dress, that’s when I started crying.
I’m still trying to decide. On the one hand, they’re very “bridal” and fun. On the other….they kind of bug me.
Yes, I am wearing a bubble veil, and it’s not too long, so I think I will be able to wear it the whole night!
I love how veils look – on other people. I won’t be wearing one.
I won’t be wearing one. My Maid/Matron of Honor keeps saying she wishes I would wear one, but I had a bad experience with my veil during my first wedding (wind was blowing, wrecked my hair).
I’m wearing a crystal comb / vine instead.
I think veils are nice for indoor weddings with a more formal dress.
I’m either wearing and ivory cathedral or chapel length. Very plain and simple.
Yes, I will be! = ) I don’t know the exact style because FI’s mom is going to make it. I’ll see it when it’s done. I’m not worried because FSIL’s was beautiful.
Planning to DIY a birdcage. 🙂
