I found my dress (hooray!!) which is a Sottero and Midgley Vidal. I’m having trouble deciding on a veil. I love the look of silk tulle cathedral length, but don’t know if its too much. Share your pics of mermaid dresses with veils! ALso love to see any dress twins!! 🙂

Sorry dont have a mermaid dress (got a big ball gown) but heres my veil. I love love love it!!! mines no longer availible but if your looking for some really beautiful ones check out usabride.com. thats where i got this one but they have one and 2 teirs or bird cage kind and all are gorgeous and fairly cheap!

I think you need a plain tulle veil…without a trim, sprakles or lace….and I think that any length will look great (if the veil is simple)..

Plain but with some understated bling, I think I’d go long, clean, but with some sparkle with your dress, but that’s me! It’s gorgeous by the way, and congrats!!

I think I have a fit and flare but you get the idea. I thought a crystal cathedral veil would be too much with my already busy dress but as soon as I tried it on I was in love!
if you can’t be ott on your wedding day then when can you be 🙂

Wow you ladies all look gorgeous!! @firemansgirl, I love how your veil looks with your dress-stunning. That is basically what I’m envisioning. And I agree clairelou29-why not go all out?!
