Can I wear a long chapel length veil with a dress that has a train that is longer than the veil? Many times it looks like the veil is longer than the train…?
Everyone at the bridal salon said the fingertip length veil was a good look, but I really love the long one. Will it look okay?

Yes you can. I’m wearing a waltz length veil (hits right behind my calves) so that I can have a longer veil look without covering up my lace train. I think it looks great but make sure your veil color matches the dress well so it looks seamless

@hisbridekimberly: There are no set rules about the veil has to be longer than the train so you can wear it. Do you have a pic of you in your dress with the veil? It would be easier to give you an opinion on what type of veil would look best. Sometimes if a dress is very detailed and has a lot going on the back then a fingertip veil might look better. Again there are no set rules so wear what makes you happy!
