Not quite sure where to post this, but here goes.
If you’re wearing a veil that will go over your face, how do you prevent it from getting your makeup all over it?? I’m honestly puzzled. If I wear a veil draped over my face, how do I prevent it from getting my entire face of makeup imprinted on it? Mine is a mantilla veil with beaded Alencon lace on the edge, so it’ll be heavy and hang pretty much almost straight down.

Mine didn’t hang flat against my face. Even if it had, it was only over my face for about five minutes, from when I walked out of the bride’s room until I got to the end of the aisle. That wasn’t enough time for that much makeup to smear off.

I agree….it shouldn’t be plastered up against your face but hang down over it. I dont think it should be a problem

Thanks ladies, I hope not! Knowing my luck, a big gust of wind will come up and flatten my veil on my face, leaving a lovely lipstick imprint. I’m getting married in South Florida, so it’ll probably be a hurricane gale force wind, LOL.
