I like the lace but I don’t dislike the plain.

I had a lace dress and a raw edge veil like the one in your first dress. It was perfect. I thought about a lace trimmed veil but I was worried that the lace in my veil and the lace in my dress would clash.

I like the plain because it keeps the focus on the dress & still looks elegant

GoddessVibes :  no lace. Your dress is already lace and adding a lace veil is just too much and competes. I also had a lace dress and wore a plain edged veil (it was a pencil edge). I thought i wanted a lace veil but it was way too much.

My dress was lace and I have a lace trim veil, and I loved the look, however, I think that yours will look better with the plain one! What other hair accessory are you wearing?

My favourite kind of veil will always be a raw edge cathedral. So I say keep the plain. Especially on the beach, it’ll be so light and airy and hopefully give you some nice ‘blowing in the wind’ photos!

Both lace and raw edge veils would look great with your dress so you can’t go wrong really, but I actually think the raw edge looks more simply elegant so better for your beach wedding. I would stick with what you have! Make sure to post a recap, you’re going to look stunning bee 🙂

GoddessVibes :  That’s usually how it goes less than 2 weeks out 😉 and for what its worth, looking back I almost wish I had a raw edge rather than a lace trim on my veil! I think it can be really difficult to match the lace on your dress and I’m not sure I got it exactly right, even after ordering swatch samples. Congrate on your soon upcoming big day!
