I am the Maid of Honor in a friends wedding. She is dead set on a veil from David’s Bridal, but cannot afford the 200 dollar price tag that comes with it. Does anyone know how to seach ebay etc. for this veil used. I have tried to do a seach but have come up unsuccessful. Here is the link to the veil, and all of the information that goes with it.

Here is a link to search results on Ebay for David’s Bridal Veils: http://shop.ebay.com/i.html?_nkw=david%27s+bridal+veil&_sacat=0&_odkw=david%27s+bridal+veil+698&_osacat=0&_trksid=p3286.c0.m270.l1313
I would keep checking Ebay to see if anyone puts this particular veil up for sale.
You could also put a wanted ad in the classifieds section here at Weddingbee, to see if anyone has one for sale: http://classifieds.weddingbee.com/

Your link isn’t working, and I can’t find the veil on their site with the information you have. I found the veil of my dreams and the bridal shop wanted almost $200.00 for it. Like your friend, I wasn’t going to pay that much for a one time wear only veil, so I am going to make my own veil. Your friend may want to go that route, if you can’t find one reasonably priced somewhere.

My mom will be making my veil. I couldn’t justify spending several hundred dollars on a bunch of tulle! It really shouldn’t be too difficult – there are a lot of instructions and recommendations online.

The link doesn’t work. Can you post a pic, or at least describe the style? There are some great Etsy sellers and other online vendors that specialize in veils. Bridal stores are way overpriced, she can find a much better veil for cheaper elsewhere.
