I am wearing a veil for the ceremony and then changing into a headband for the reception, best of both without being too much.  I know you can find headbands with flowers attached if you like that look.  I got mine through Untamed Petals on Etsy.

I’m planning on wearing a headband and a veil during the ceremony and photos and then I’ll take the veil off for the reception. I’ll just tuck my veil in under the headband and then once it’s time for a bit more fun on the dancefloor (not to mention eating and mingling and stuff!) I’d ditch the veil but still have a jazzy headband! I think you could definitely do all 3 (have a flowery headband & veil) but it probably depends on how decorative your dress is. I’m thinking that my dress might have a bit going on so I’m planning on having a very plain headband.

I definitely think all three is overkill.  I think you could do a veil and either of the other options, but I think flower plus headband is too much.
