Hmm, I can’t really tell from the picture what is so different about that veil. I like the dots and the length- if it’s something you love and you feel good in it, it will work in your wedding.

I think its beautiful! And for your wedding day, make sure you go with something that you LOVE and looks great on you. If this beautiful veil does it, then I think everyone else will like it to.

Have you had a chance to try something like it on with your dress?? It might help for your bridesmaid to see the complete picture!

First, I think it is beautiful. It’s cute, kinda quirky and fun. Now, let me share a quick story with you. I knew my fiance was not a veil person. He’s weird about the "over the face" part of it. I’m pretty much the same way and never saw myself wearing a long veil. I LOVE birdcage veils and thought that maybe it would be a good compromise. So I showed him one I was thinking about and he HATED it. He couldn’t get over the "over the face" part and said it looked like something a lunch lady would wear. He told me that if I had walked down the aisle with one on he would have been a little disappointed. I guess the moral of the story is, if you care what those close to you think (especially your hubby-to-be) then I would get a few opinions about it (from those close to you, even your FI). Since I still want a birdcage, I’m thinking of taking some bridal portraits with one on then taking it off for the ceremony. Maybe you could do the same if you still want to incorporate it into your day. Good luck!

I think the veil is really pretty!!  It wouldn’t go with my dress, otherwise I’d consider it. 🙂

You have already done what I would have recommended…walk away and think about it.  If you can’t get it out of your mind then its meant to be!  Its beautiful and who cares if its a bit untraditional…this is YOUR day!

some of the la sposa by pronovias dresses also have a polka dot veil (that’s longer)  see menorca (my dress) etc…I was tempted by it, but ultimately wanted something that could go in front of my face, and I thought polka dots would look weird on a blusher

I LOVE the veil!  I think it is adorable and classy!  Don’t listen to what other people think.. follow your heart and pick things you love!

The veil is super cute, and I think if you like the way it looks with your dress, you should go for it.  Ultimately, when you look at the photos in fifty years, you’ll want to remember loving that outfit and having an amazing day.  I would think that most people would have the good sense not to comment to you on not liking your veil on your wedding day.

I saw a veil either exactly like or similar to this one, and I think it is so cute! I would have went and tried it on, but my dress also has little lace polka dots on it and I thought this might be overkill. If it goes with your dress I say go for it!

I absolutely adore this veil but could not afford the price tag on it.  If I could, I would try to make this myself but I cannot find the dotted organza/tulle material.  I say go for it!  It will look beautiful!

 I. Love. This. Veil.

Get over your insecurities, and ROCK IT!  If you like it, well, that’s all that matters.  It’s gorgeous, traditional- but a little different.  Go for it, and wear it with confidence.

I love it!!  It would be especially great with a modern wedding, but I think it would work with any type of wedding!  I think with the dress and veil, when it’s "the one" you just know it.  So if you felt that, definitely go for it!
