I think a plain one tier cathedral veil would be perfect. It’s kind of odd to me where the one in the pic ends, with a cathedral and the fact that the bottom of your dress is tulle, they would blend together and look very romantic. 

If you want to wear your hair down and don’t want to cover the back of the dress, you could always do a side-swept look. Very romantic, and most of your hair is to the side and in front.

For the hair I would suggest down but to the side. You can still keep a soft and romantic look with being able to see the gorgeous back on that dress, plus you can still do flowers in your hair.

I would also agree with the previous bee on doing a cathedral veil, the one in your photo hits at an odd place. I think a plain finished edge or one with dainty details to match the bodice of your dress would be nice.
