I’m a sucker for any kind of veil and i think it really depends on the person and on the dress but either one would be a good choice – i think it would be easier to make a decision with some pics? what does your dress look like?

I wore a big veil with a blusher and I def wasn’t “pure” i don’t think people really associate it with that anymore.

Im in the same predicament!! 🙂 Im not sure whether to go with a birdcage or an elbow length 2 tier veil. It might depend on your dress – what shape is it? I dont think either would look ‘weird’ or ‘silly’ so i suppose it will be down to what goes best with your dress. Do u have pics???

i say definitely go with the long veil. no one cares if you’re not “pure”. if that’s the case, they’d be saying something because your dress is white! you’ll look gorgeous with the long one and then if you feel like switching it up for the reception then change into the birdcage veil!

I think long with this dress too! Or a pretty flower or head band would look great and wouldn’t cover up the details of your train.

after seeing the dress I think i would stick with your 2 tier with blusher over the birdcage – your dress is beautiful!!

I would love to see it, but just from using my imagination I would go with the long veil.

I definitely agree with a longer veil, versus the birdcage..but there are many styles so post a picture, and make a poll.  Gorgeous Dress!

Veils soften the appearance. To me, the dress gives off that soft appeal already and you would look great with flowers or something. Beautiful dress btw!

i think a long veil for sure 🙂 i never thought a veil with a blusher meant ‘purity’ and i certainly don’t think it matter
