So yesterday I discovered that Ms Reyes (the famous filipino illusion back dress designer seen all over Pinterest) has released a ready to wear collection! It’s a handful of gorgeous dresses which can be tailored to brides and then shipped to them (USA an UK brides too!)
im a big fan of ms work so I sent an email over, and got a reply about 12 hours Later! The dresses range between $2900 and $4000 and they do a fitting via Skype and then send you the dress.
There are so beautiful dresses in the collection, and personally I’m torn, because I’m considering buying one. But having never tried one on I’m not sure if that’s a good idea or not!
So bees, what do you think? Are you excited about the RTW line? Would you buy one?

I just died a little bit inside!!! I am in love with her and wanted one so badly but figured I would never go to the Philipines! The RTW line is stunning.

O.M.G!!! This is so amazing!! I’m totally sad because I already have a dress but this is great news for future US brides! Her dresses are seriously some of the most amazing dresses
i have ever seen.

@Rachael1287: Im in the same boat. I’m completely in love with Vivian from her RTW line. However, I’m also a bit of a control freak ESPECIALLY when it comes to my clothes. I can’t imagine buying the most important dress I will ever wear never having tried it on. Too many times I’ve loved a dress on the hanger, only to be completely disappointed when it does NOT look good on me. I’ve gone to a few bridal boutiques, though, and nothing compares to the beautiful Vivian. I’m torn. I’m in the search for someone who has ordered her dress online to learn more about their experience.

I have emailed Veluz to ask about the dresses and really really want to get my dress from her!! My main concerns are; Will i get it on time? Are they as nice as they look on the website/facebook? What do I do if it doesnt look right when I get it????
Has anyone ever seen one of these dresses or dealt with the designer???

I just emailed her for a custom dress, and those takes like 7-8 months, arriving a month before the wedding as I understand it. And they were super friendly too. I also got a price range for the custom designs – They range from 5k USD and onwards. In regards of the custom dresses they have they will send try out garments as well, and meetings over Skype are held. As I won’t be going to the Philippines for at least a few more years for the wedding, I will def order it. I can ship it to our house there, and to me that is totally fine. The RTW range ranges from 2900k and onwards.
The Enzoani Diana Lace dress is like gone in my head now since I discovered Veluz’ dresses, and I am dead set on getting one of her dresses. I didn’t think that would ever happen but it did, and I am happy I discovered her!

Wow, some stunning dresses. Quite a few of them remind me of Reem Acra or Marchesa. Still gorgeous though!

Yes, they are very pretty. And I love the fact that Veluz actually cusomizes every feature, to suit your preferences and proportions. Which for like me, a plus-sized bride is a relief. Her lace is so intricate and delicate but still so beautiful and well made. Here is my pinterest board with her dresses.

@ScarletandFox: Does she charge extra for plus size brides like everyone else does?
