This is stressing me out at the moment because I thought I would get to hair/makeup a few months before and now I realize that the reputable people book up really far in advance! Surprised

Otherwise I think I’m in good shape.

Checked off:

Welcome dinner venue

Ceremony venue

Reception venue (which includes food/drinks)

Ceremony musicians

Reception band

Day-of coordinator

Hotel blocks

Caterer for cocktail hour at ceremony site

Officiant (had been putting this one off and just recently decided to ask our friend to do it)

Seamstress for dress alterations (she is famous locally and books up many months in advance!)

Dance instruction (we’ve been taking swing and blues lessons for a while)

Trying to get resolved:

Hair and makeup (Surprised)

Haven’t done anything yet:

Invitations (need to start working on these soon!)

Bridal accessories (jewelry, undergarments, veil or hair accessory)

Flowers/decor (was not going to do anything b/c my venues don’t need any decoarting, but need to figure out what to do about bouquet/bouts)

Baker (my aunt Tongue Out)

Not yet booked:
Caterer (but they’re the type of caterer that you can call in as late as two days before the event)
Hair & makeup

Question mark:
Nails (one of my BMs and her sister are amazing at nails. I mentioned it in my Bridesmaid or Best Man card, but haven’t officially asked or anything. At the same time, I wouldn’t mind treating the BMs to mani-pedis.)
Photobooth-I want to set it up so that it’s low maintenance, but I haven’t really gotten to the logistics.

I’m doing the decorations, invites, and programs, and my mom offered to pay for the rings. I’m sure I’ve forgotten something.
