When it comes to feeding my famished vendors, how far in advance should I ask them about their dietary needs? I’m tempted to go ahead and ask now, but I don’t know if it’s ridiculously early. My caterer has indicated that they prepare vendor-specific meals, so I’m assuming the vendors won’t be eating our dinner selections. But if one of them has specific needs (i.e. allergies, vegan, vegetarian), I’m guessing that the caterer will adjust their meal accordingly. Do you think this is an inaccurate assumption?
