My florist was a no show but we later found out it was a complete mis understanding.  We were at one pizza shop, she was waiting at another…long story.

You did the right thing by telling him you’re not interested!  I would be way to scared to trust him after that!

I haven’t had any problems, so far. One of my vendors was late to a meeting, but the weather was horendous that day, so it was understandable. It is something that I have nightmares about though :-/

Hmm. All the vendors we’ve met with were at the venue, flower shop, etc…

Hmmm. We haven’t met with a dj yet but photog was at his office too.

Even the wedding planner we met at her home office.

There isn’t even a starbucks near here. If a vendor didn’t show and didn’t give me a good excuse, yeah i’d move on.

When you meet with djs do they bring their laptop to show you their work or do you just go over prices?

I’ve met some of my vendors at my venue so they could see it or remember it if it had been awhile but once I tried to make an apt with a photog and they e-mailed me back 2 months later to see what time I could come in. Ha – yea right!

I had a vendor no-show to the wedding…. lol  That made for a fun morning since it was my hair/makeup artist!
