Here are a list of our vendors we used for our recent wedding in October 2012.

Venue: Mount Gulian, Beacon, NY—created the most beautiful fall setting. It was better than we imagined.

Day-of-coordinator, waitstaff & bartenders: Jeanne Stark at Hudson Valley Ceremonies is incredible. We can’t say enough good things about her. She is one of the most affordable coordinators in the area and she was top notch. Her staff also were our waitstaff and bartenders.

Food: Brother’s Trattoria in Beacon, NY. Food was delicious and affordable. Jeanne’s staff served, Brother’s catered. We literally saved thousands of dollars. The manager and staff at Brother’s were super accommodating…special meal requests, times, delivery, everything.

Rentals: Durants, had everything we needed, great service

Photography: Caylena Cahill. http://caylena.com/  Our photos are gorgeous. She’s affordable, puts in lots of extra time with you, and easy to work with. We loved what she did for our wedding.

Ceremony music: Metropolitan Brass Quintet http://www.metrobrassquintet.com/NY_Metropolitan_Brass_Quintet/Home.html  Beautiful!!!!!!

DJ: personal friend

Cupcakes: For our dessert bar we had cupcakes from Adams Bakery in Newburgh. We saved hundreds of dollars choosing them and they tasted and looked delicious.

Hair: Hair Solutions in Newburgh. Gina’s the best. Prices are extremely affordable. My hair was perfect and they didn’t charge us extra for being a wedding party.

Ice: ice for the bars, delivered from La Grange, Freihofers

Garbage removal: Royal Carting

I hope this helps ladies!!!!!
