Hmm, this is a rather old topic but I will share my experience anyway. I JUST ordered my STDs after being rather indecisive for a few weeks. WPD has a beautiful design that fits our (hopefully) elegant beach wedding theme, but I had them change some of the colors (which I paid extra for, fair enough). I also had them change some of the layout (font and font-sizing), which required additional revisions after the initial proof. I’m 90% happy with the design and wish I could’ve had just one more round of revisions – but it’s probably for the best, given my penchant for obsessing.
Cons: I was disappointed they didn’t offer backing paper; so I resigned myself to doing it myself (I found matching cardstock before ordering); and also disappointed that they couldn’t switch out the envelopes that automatically come with card to a larger size (to accomodate the backing paper I’m adding) – finding a larger envelope will be my next task.
Pros: Their customer service is responsive; my subsequent proofs were completed within minutes of me sending revision requests. Their design selection is huge and despite my issues, most of the designs come in a variety of colors. OH, and you can "personalize" to get an immediate idea of what your card will look like – awesome.

Hmm, I had a slightly different experience with WPD. While I agree that their customer service is fantastic, I had two things happen, one of which had to be fixed and the other – well, I’ve decided to live with it.
1) The outer envelopes they sent for my (square) invitations were rectangular – and the square invitations were bigger than the envelopes! Obviously, that was a simple mistake to fix, but since we had our return addresses printed, it took a few days for fix.
2) The color between the cards wasn’t as consistent as I would have hoped. The blue color on my reception card, which was in the same design as the invitation card, was noticeably lighter to me. Oh, well.

I used WPD for my sisters shower invitations and they were a huge hit! WPD also were very professional and helpful, I felt like I could just trust them to get everything right. I got so many rave reviews on the invitations and they were priced reasonably too almost the same as the ones you buy and have to fill out all the info on your own.

I’m pretty sure we are going with WPD as well for our invitations. I ordered several samples, and the quality of the paper was much better than I expected. The designs were modern and simple, without being boring. So far, I plan to order from them. The samples also included an RSVP card, along with envelopes, and I was overall quite impressed!

We got our engagement party invites from them! I loved them, they came quick, they are beautiful and the paper is so luxorious. It was easy to customize and edit the pre-existing designs, and we’ve got so many compliments on them.

I had a wonderful experience with Wedding Paper Divas as well. We ordered save-the-dates, invitations, response cards, reception cards, and thank-yous. Customer service was very helpful and we received everything way before the estimated ship date. They almost always have a coupon code out there. Sign up for their emails to get even better deals than those advertised on their website (I received a coupon for buy 75, get 25 free)
The only con for me is the price to have printing done on the envelopes.

My WeddingPaperDivas experience was pretty good initially and nightmarish in the end. The online service was good and helpful when ordering. They helped me with the etiquette before I placed my order. I was fairly pleased with the quality of the invitation as well, simple and elegant. They were inexpensive so I got what I paid for. However, they sent me the wrong inner/outer envelope combination, and I did the calligraphy for 100 outer envelopes by hand before realizing this. The inner envelope does not fit inside the outer. Yes, I suppose I could have opened the packages earlier on but the difference in size is so slight, they seemed fine by plain sight. Also, the colors and materials of the envelopes don’t match. In fact, there is no inner envelope that fits inside the outers that took me 3 weeks to address. I’ve checked with WeddingPaperDivas, online and several stationary stores in my area and the size of the inner envelopes I need does not exist. There’s no time to redo the envelopes, the invites have to go out this week. WeddingPaperDivas said they would refund the envelopes but that does not help me. So the majority of my invites are now going out without inner envelopes, just because I have to move on. I really do wish I could do this all over again and NOT order with WeddingPaperDivas.

Don’t get me wrong. I loved my invitations I purchased from Wedding Paper Divas, but a couple things. I think they should refund your sample costs when you place an order. Samples are key ladies. The invitation that I swore was “the one” was definately NOT when I actually saw the product. The one I did purchase I love, I even went back and ordered place cards too. Here is a HUGE problem though….I had them print the return addresses on my reply cards. Many of my RSVP’s didn’t make it back to me and it was apparent that the ink was rubbing off the envelopes that were making it. They also had a very large “print block”….an visable indentation of a printing press on the envelope itself. I will say that they were quick to credit me the cost of the printing on the envelopes, but offered no other discounts or refunds. I’m sure every bride will agree that it’s often difficult to get the rsvp’s back anyway, but to have a snafu like this was terrible. Buyer beware!

Wedding Paper Divas Ruined My Wedding…STAY AWAY
I, like many people on here, have heard many great things about Wedding Paper Divas. I heard they had fantastic products, customization, fast response times, and great customer service. Well, after losing two of our orders and making us miss 10 wedding programs for our guests, I would have to say WEDDING PAPER DIVAS IS TERRIBLE. When I called customer service about my two lost orders they said don’t worry, we will reprint them and ship them out Next Day Air. I was like great because they weren’t huge orders and it was still a week before the wedding. No problem they said. Well, THEY LIED. I received the bigger of the two orders in 3 days, which was amazing, and I assumed the other order, the smaller of the two, would soon be to me as well. NOPE. After repeated calls and their repeated assurances that it would make it to me by the deadline, it never showed up because the warehouse was closed (which out of the 5 times I called no one mentioned). It makes no sense that Wedding Paper Divas customer service would be open but the warehouse is closed. Thanks for RUINING MY WEDDING. I cannot wait to tell every single person I know, and even people I don’t know, to stay away from Wedding Paper Divas.

I used Wedding Paper Divas and was too a bit disappointed, but luckily for me it ended well. I ordered my invitations and they clearly printed it all shifted down too far (the text was running into the design). I sent photos on chat and the representative tried saying they couldn’t see the issue, which was blatant and I was shocked. After I sent zoomed in photos of specific areas they reprinted them, but it did take a week longer than they said and I got my invites out a week later than expected. Also, my invites were listed as 5×7, but they were actually more like 4.75×6.75, which in the A7 envelope (5.25×7.25) it seemed like they were swimming in it. I ended up adding a 5×7 backing and all was well, but they should really add accurate measurments. I’m happy with how they ended up, but these annoyances were entirely avoidable.
I’m so sorry that happened to you, but I really hope that 10 missing programs didn’t ruin the whole wedding… in the end it was about you and your SO, right? 🙂
