Are any of you making your vendors a thank you gift or survival bag? I’ve seen pictures of some on blogs but they never say what is in them so i’m looking for some ideas.
we are only working with a couple vendors that have been amazing so i wanted to do something special for them. i think this would be perfect!

Yes, we’re writing them a check! 🙂

@Doodle : I have also heard of this and think that it is a cute idea, but I don’t have many details on how people have done it.

@SFreeman2187: Baha, yes a check for us as well 🙂 No extras.
But a vendor bag sounds nice. You should probably put simple things in there, like granola bars and water that they can use during the wedding? I dunno.

I had never thought of that – what a great idea…
however, week of the wedding are you really going to be able to be making bags together??? But it’s a great idea!
– granola bars
– mcdonalds/fast food coupons (it’s a long day for them too!)
– aspirin (we’re putting those in the Out of Town bags so i’ll just get an extra few!)
– a thank you card

We’re paying them and providing dinner. I figured that was enough. Cute idea, though. 🙂

As cheap as I am, I plan on doing a “thank you” for them as well! Or a similiar type of Out of Town bag! =) Would love for Brides to share what they are doing or have done in the past!
I only have few vendors, but love each of them VERY much and appreciate their talent/time!

yeah, I didn’t plan on doing something that cost a whole lot of money just something thoughtful for the day of. Thanks for the ideas!

- Wedding: April 2011 - The Tribute Golf Club
We had set aside extra Out of Town boxs for the vendors that were there all day. It was just some snacks and water, but I thought it would be nice to give them something since they were there the whole day.
