Hey guys! I need your help and want to warn you about a terrible experience I had with my wedding.
I hired out a photobooth rental company for my wedding on May 22nd. I decided to go with this because it was a deal at $450 for 5 hours, with two printed strips for each session, and a disc with all of the pictures afterwards. I had great contact with the owner, Katie Roza, ahead of time and she was on time and set up and ran the booth wonderfully. It was a great hit and everyone loved it! She even printed out extra strips when there were large groups in the booth.
After the wedding was over and she was tearing down, she came up to me and told me that she would need to mail me the disc because it was taking too long to burn with all of the pictures. No big deal right?
Well now we’re a month out and I still don’t have the disc. I’ve emailed her numerous times, called and left voicemails on a phone number that is listed on her website. I’ve filled out the contact form on her website. http://yourphotoboothrental.com Lately the voicemails and emails have even hinted at me taking legal action because it is written in our contract that I am to receive this disc.
So now I have no clue what to do! I wanted to know if any of you have dealt with this company before or been in a similar situation. One of the major reasons I decided to go with her is BECAUSE OF THE DISC. Otherwise it would just be memories from the night without any photographic documentation.
Any comments/advice/stories would be a great help!!
