(Closed) Vendors getting crabby during wedding season (anyone else notice this?)

It’s probably that they are overwhelmed honestly. We had a July 6 wedding, which was a Friday, so they had weddings every Friday, Saturday and sometimes Sunday. They were busy. If I had questions I would write them down and call closer to the date when I had a bunch of questions rather than e-mail because people can sound rude or rushed in e-mail. I noticed that with my venue. They always sounded so snippy in e-mails, but when I called they were nice as pie.

Tis the season for wedding vendors!  My good friend Sara is a wedding DJ & has been all over the midwest literally every weekend for weddings, sometimes up to FIVE events in one weekend.  How insane? 

Anyway they are busy producing your and everyone else’s weddings. It does not excuse them from not being responsive to emails but I’d cut them some slack if they are responding & the content is more short and to the point than they were able to be last winter when you hired them bc they are probably Go-Go-Gadget Time with your wedding and 50 or so other events.
