We are eloping in Venice in late winter (first week of March) when it should be darker and colder for Venice. Wedding in city hall (an old palace) and a fancy candlelit dinner. He’s wearing a tux. I’m hopefully wearing the outfit below. Which flowers do you like with my outfit?
1. Ivory and natural
3. dramatic & dark
here is what I think I am wearing:

LadyPeacockk: Thanks! I really loved the tea length. I just ordered this dress from BHLDN so hopefully I will love it on. The shoes are Kate Spade Karolina and you can only buy them in this color on Zappos.

I voted for the dark and dramatic bouquet. It’s gorgeous, would look great with your dress, and would look perfect in Venice.

I usually can’t go past peonies, but I love the idea of the dark and dramatic bouquet for a winter wedding, particularly with something fuzzy over your shoulders. The whole thing sounds incredible!

First of all congratulations on your wedding! Second of all, your outfit is stunning. Third of all, I would like the dark bouquet with your dress, but when I saw the shawl and shoes I thought the peonies might look more elegant.

I am nearly faint at the idea of you wedding in Venice. And, I love flowers! I like the first one becuase it has texture.

I voted for the dress you picked! yaayyy! I’d go for dark and dramatic!

Hmm… I’m apparently in the minority here, but I actually think the peonies are quite dramatic. Give the shawl and the shoes, I feel like the ’roundness’ and ‘cleanness’ of the peonies would really stand out — without taking over the outfit! I love the dark and dramatic, but the focus would definitely be on the flowers in that case. Which isn’t necessarily a bad thing!! I just like the peonies 🙂
Btw love the look you’ve put together, and your elopement sounds perfect and sooo romantic!!

Dark and dramatic! It’ll look beautiful against such a classic but edgier dress, good luck!

I’m voting peonies, but dark & dramatic is my 2nd choice and both would be gorgeous!
