I’d look at azazie. My wedding is in October too and I did a rush on them a couple weeks ago so they’d come in 3 weeks. You could choose which color and material, length, etc you want in the dresses and then the girls can choose whichever dress they like that meets your requirements in that color. All 3 of my BMs chose different dresses but they’re all in the same color. Also, at no additional charge, you can have them make it according to their measurements to hopefully cut down on or eliminate alterations.
I highly recommend take a look on promtimesuk store, they offen have some sales and their off-the-rack bridesmaid dresses are quite cheap. They can also do custom tailoring even though you need urgently.Last time I purchased one evening dress there, only 12 days taken.
You could try Lulu’s…
Also just a side not I work in bridal and usually if you need to get bridezilla about anything it seems to be bridesmaids. I find if you give most people and inch they take a mile, if you want to keep your sanity it sounds like your bridesmaids need a little firm guidance.
Also as other bees suggested you could have a shawl made for the Bridesmaid or Best Man with modesty requirements.

I just heard of a bride who is using the site “Rent the Runway” for her bridesmaids dresses. I guess it lets you rent designer dresses for a week and then send them back. Never tried it myself, but my sister in law has used it for attire for political fundraisers she is required to attend for her job, and she said it is a good service. So that is always an option in a pinch!
Piggy backing on pearlrose’s suggestion – try UnionStation.co (formerly “Little Borrowed Dress”) where your BMs can rent dresses for $50-75, depending on style. Once the dresses are ordered, they’ll ship each Bridesmaid or Best Man 2 sizes (in case your BMs need larger/smaller) + shipping labels. Not sure if they can do it within 45 days, but it’s worth a try contacting them
