    You paid for an inferior product. They should absolutely fix it for you, and be willing to fix it for you. Take a picture of your ring originally and show them. Ask them if they would sell that ring to a new customer. Don’t back down on this– it’s a piece of jewelery you will wear for the rest of your life and something like that will drive you crazy!

    I’d insist they do it right, for free, until you are satisfied. If they refuse or you have any issues, I’d be contacting the Better Business Bureau so this doesn’t happen to anyone else! Sorry you are dealing with this:(

    @dommiebatsch:  they won’t agree anything is wrong but they sent it back to make it more even looking?! Yah okay…..ugh that’s frustrating! Why in the world would they send it back to be fixed if there wasn’t a problem?!
