(Closed) Vent! what to do?

Have you already paid a deposit for the Bridesmaid or Best Man dresses that they were supposed to order but didn’t? If not, definitely order them somewhere else. You’ll probably still have to pay a rush fee, but at least this particular shop won’t be getting your money.

If you’ve already paid, try bringing a third party negotiator, like your Fiance or one of your parents, to the bridal shop with you and discuss the problem face to face with the manager. If nothing else, whoever you bring will help keep you calm 🙂  It’s a crummy situation, but since you’re in a ‘he said, she said’ situation, I’m not sure there’s much else you can do. I’m sorry you’re having to deal with this!

WOW!  People never seem to amaze me! I can’t believe how crazy this business is!  I have no suggestions..just wanted to wish you all the best luck! 

Professionals need to learn to be nicer to their clients!  Without the customers they wounldn’t be in business!  Yes everyone makes mistakes BUT this is a big mistake!  And okay maybe you shouldn’t have said are you effing serious..but I gotta tell you, I prob would have jumped over the counter at her!
