I’m finally at the point where I’m about to give up the ONLY things in my diet that are my pleasure foods:
-Coffee, Red Wine, and cheese.
I’ve cut out sugar, wheat/bread… I mean, seriously?! I even am giving up mushrooms. 🙁 boo.
I’m starting to wonder if the coffee/wine/cheese is a better option than the yeast infections. 🙂
But, I’m doing this for 60 days, along with probiotics and a product called Candex (enzyme to help kill off the yeast), in hopes to rid my body from this never ending cycle (it’s hormone related and always happens on day 21 of my 32 day cycle). It’s frustrating to NO end… mostly because my doctors have given up and I’m now just experimenting.
Sniff. Sniff. 🙁 Red wine, I miss you already.

Jesus, I feel so badly for you, and I have no idea what a yeast infection is like….but…..if I couldn’t drink, I would probably crazy murder someone with a garden weasel. So here’s a picture to cheer you up!

Have you taken to eating yogurt with cultures (like maybe even homemade yogurt)… or maybe even rubbing yourself up with some plain yogurt?
Sorry love… yeast infections suck donkey dick. I stopped getting them when I went off birth control.

@Nona99: I’m really starting to wonder if giving up the wine is WORSE than the yeast infections… it’s pretty much a dead heat…. with no wine being slightly in the lead. Thanks for the picture 🙂 🙂
@mrsSonthebeach: I’ve tried daily doses of yogurt (eating not putting it down there) along with probiotics… along with prescription meds… I don’t even take BC. 🙁
