I’m super sad– the coordinator who I’ve been working with at my venue all through the planning process just told me her last day is next Friday, about a month before our big day. My wedding will be handed off to another staff member… I’m a little nervous, as all of my plans have been well hashed out with my current coordinator, and she has been a dream to work with.
Have any other bees been in a similar situation? My venue is responsible for our ceremony space, reception space, all tables/chairs, food, linens, etc. Any tips for the transition from one planner to another? I’ve already requested a meeting with my new contact as soon as possible so that we can make sure everything is taken care of.
