my recommendation because you have so much time…. Get a guide book. They have a list of venues and it has the accomodations and items like on site or offsite catering allowed that kind of thing.

Depending on when in the spring, check into local parks and places like that where you can set up a tent and get a liquor license for $20 or so.. there are tons out there, then you can get the caterer you want to come out there.  We thought of it, but with a november wedding weather was too risky.
