Hi Sylvia,


I’m happy to share info on Venue One and it’s new inclusions!  We’ve created a one stop shop with tables, chairs, lighting, china, glassware, state of the art AV, etc, and an amazing food & beverage program, making it the only venue where you don’t need to bring in a slew of vendors. We have over 25,000 square feet of event space which can hold a sit down dinner for up to 450 and cocktail reception for up to 800.


Our rental is a package fee (see PDF).   This covers venue, tables, chairs, lighting, sound, etc (note other venues are just the space and these items would come at a separate charge). In addition, this includes all of your basic AV/Tech.  Our in-house catering, beverage and staffing are separate line items and based on guest count and type of food/beverage service.


Gallery one at the front entrances can host cocktail receptions and smaller events where as the main event space (on the same floor) is best for plated dinners, conventions, speakers, etc. There is also the option of renting gallery one and event space one together.  Prices vary depending on your event but start around $15,000 for gallery one(which includes all of the items listed in the attached PDF package).  To rent out both galleryone and event space one the total cost is $25,000. For your wedding with ceremony on site it would be best to use both gallery one and event space one.  We are flexible on price based on the cost of food and beverage. The higher the food and beverage the lower the rental fee. We do currently have October 19th, 2014 available.    


In addition to the attached venue package I have also attached our food collection menus, and our promo which includes floor plans.  Please let me know if you would like to schedule a time to come in and see the space.

vivalasylvia:  Can you send me the price sheet as well?  I spoke to Carly today and I haven’t gotten her email yet.  Also- did you end up having your wedding there?
