(Closed) Venue questions to ask?

Some of the things that pop into my head are: Number of guests you can have, rain plan (if you are having an outdoor ceremony), any restrictions on decorations, is there a list of vendors you need to pick from or can you choose your own, who will be there on the wedding day (staff member), are tables, chairs, linens, plates & glasses provided, what is the amount needed for the deposit, when is the balance due, where are the bathrooms located, is there a place for you to get ready, how is alcohol/bar service handled, and where will your guests park? Hopefully that helped a little!

I came up with questions after the first time I talked to them. Here are some that I missed:

 

Is there a cake cutting fee?

 

Does the max capacity include a dance floor area? (you’d be surprised)

 

Are there hidden extra fees for servers/bartenders

 

How many tables can fit vs how many people (example tables of 8 but maybe I have 6 or 7 people at each, but can you still fit the max number that way)

 

Those are the bigmissing ones I forgot.
