I hear a lot of great things about V. Sattui in St. Helena.  No clue on pricing though.  I know Silver Oak has space as well.

I got married at Sunnyvale Heritage Park, owned by the city of Sunnyvale. It also has a museum and apricot orchard on site so there are options for photos. It’s byo everything. Included in the rental is the use of a small park building and the entire outdoor courtyard and grassy areas, along with rectangular and 72″ round tables and about 50 mismatched chairs. We used the round tables but had to bring everything else in, including cooking equipment. It’s $150/hour ($130 for residents). Not sure if that works for you, but it allowed us to be more flexible with the caterer and our own wine and beer.

It’s a beautiful location, hidden and unknown, with the museum built in 2008. I believe we were the first to have a ceremony and reception there.There’s a reasonably priced hotel within walking distance. The rentals are a killer though.

Their website is sparse and a little out of date, but contact them and you might be surprised. I found the city rep to be very accommodating.
