Let’s see/brag about your venues! I wanna see it undecorated, and then decorated. What made you choose it? How was the price! I’m especially interested in bed&breakfasts [as that’s what we have reserved!] Post pics!
Edit : We chose a bed & breakfast because we wanted something MORE than just a ceremony & reception. We wanted them to be in the same area, and we wanted something beautiful, that wouldn’t requite TONS of decoration [we mainly plan to do centerpieces & lighting, with furniture accents – bar, pub tables, lounge area, ect].
I fell in LOVE with this place based on the pictures before I even went there. Seeing it in person was even better! I didn’t even cosider any other places when I found this one. We wanted a family reunion type retreat for our guests – we’ll be staying 2 nights 3 days [although we MAY upgrade it to 3 nights, 4 days] – not sure!
It has a small waterfall, we may get married in front of it [if we can figure out a way to work the tents to face that way].
It also feathers a 1,000 sq ft deck for the reception [we need to rent tents]. They provide tables & chairs [which saves us money].
I cannot express how much I love this place. Every sleeping quarter has its own balcony, tables & chairs, mircowave, wet bar, bathroom & fridge. And the views from the balconies are GORGEOUS!
Best of all? The price was very CHEAP! For 2 nights 3 days for ALL of the rooms rented, and 3 cottages [each cottage sleeps 9], its only $2000 [catering is extra].
