You will definitely need to rent a dance floor. Carpeting and most floor surfaces just aren’t condusive to dancing, and I wouldn’t be surprised if your venue requires it so as not to destroy/wear down their flooring.

For the canopy, look for a company that does draping for events. Usually places that rent tents out could do that for you. Expect it to cost a small fortune on top of the dance floor cost.
