Hi Bees, PLEASE HELP. My Fiance and I are looking for a venue in the Baltimore area with a outdoor ceremony site and indoor reception area. We are paying for our wedding, so on a budget. We are looking for something under $4000 and includes tables, chairs and linens. We are doing a vintage theme, with pink and grey colors. thank you

Not many places list prices on their websites, but I found some places that have outdoor ceremony space and indoor reception. Some of them charge for linens or tables/chairs, but still come in under 4k even with the charges, so I included those too. Hope this helps!

Admiral Fell has a sister property called Henderson’s Wharf; it’s also at Fell’s Point but in a much less hectic corner, and it backs up to the water. I’d ask the Harbor Magic folks for info, same link as was posted above. The marina behind Hendeson’s Wharf is gorgeous, and there is also a garden/courtyard if you prefer more green. While I’ve not been to a wedding there, I’ve been to several other events and also stayed just as a guest, and it’s always exceptional.

- Wedding: July 2012 - Baltimore Museum of Industry
We were married at the Baltimore Museum of Industry, which was amazing- don’t think it would work with your theme, though.
Ceresville Mansion in Frederick is beautiful-
We were just at a wedding in Catonsville last weekend at Overhills (not sure their prices, but should be within your range):
Both of these have in-house caterers.

Thank you Bees’s. We looked at Ceresville Mnsion yesterday and it is lovely, but does have some drawbacks. The bar is in a different room then the ballroom. So if we are cutting the cake or dancing people may not pay attention if they are at the bar. I mean who passes up on free Booz!!
Fishbone: thank you for suggesting Henderson Wharf that venue looks amazing, I am calling today to set up an interview.

- Wedding: February 2013 - Mansion House at the MD Zoo
I second Chase Court, although you have to rent chairs and tables, but it should still come in around your budget. We rented the Zoo mansion house for $3400 for 5 hours with chairs adn tables, and there is an outdoor ceremony spot for summer brides (ours is in Feb so we are staying indoors.)

Thank you ladies we have found the perfect venue, and booked it on Tuesday. If your looking for a water front venue check out Celebrations at the Bay in Pasadena. Amazing
