The Petroleum Club is quite nice. Egges Barn at Fort Edmonton is really nice too, the lights on their ceiling look like wagon wheels with lanterns on them, and the cost was really good there. The Delta on the south side has a couple of smaller rooms for small weddings as well (I think they have one that holds up to 75, not 100% on that though).

I highly recommend the polish veterans hall/country lodge. We had our wedding in the grand ballroom. But for a smaller wedding, probably the conference hall would be best. Absoloutely amazing food, beautiful space and great staff. We got rave reviews from all guest and it was one of the cheapest venues we found!

I don’t quite know their prices, but if I was having a smaller wedding, I’d go to the Yellowhead Brewery … I was choked when I found out they didn’t have enough space! Gorgeous brick room that doesn’t need much decorating because it has a lot of character!
Also, another space we viewed but didn’t end up going with is the Marriott Courtyard West Edmonton … I believe the coordinator there is Meghan – super nice! Worth a look.

Oh, and the German Cultural Center on the south side … Can NOT sing more praises for their food! Cost friendly and delicious!

Whitemud Creek Community Centre is very nice and is a great spot for a wedding. It can be decorated really nicely and 100 or fewer people would fit well.
