I’m not sure which dress you’re talking about, but Vera Wang dresses range anywhere from 3k-15k.  Hope that helps!

@erincorum:  actually it’s a similar dress, but the one the OP posted is the actual Vera Wang version (Esther) , not the White for DB one.  I think the savings of about 11k by going with the DB one would be worth it for most people, though.

@MeiFrancis:  Definitely worth the savings especially if trying to stay within a certain budget. I can hardly tell the difference.

@erincorum:  The biggest difference is that the VW White for DB one is NOT all lace like the Esther. TBH I like the VW White one better.

@Camillag60:  I wore this dress to my 2012 wedding. i wrote to you in your other post.

This dress is 12 000 for the strapless, 12 500 if you want it with sleeves and 14 000 if you want to be able to remove the sleeves.

Plus tax……

Honestly if you are going to buy it and you are on a budget try preowned….the are half the price and the brides only wore it for a couple of hours.

@erincorum:  I usually recomend Pergola with a bolero to the brides that like esther . It has a smilar vibe.
The thing about esther is that it is 3 layers of the most fabulous lace. The one from vera wang white is plastic! and….the cut of the dress is more of a satin feel it has ” lace apliques” it really doesnt give the same style at all.

I agree that for a bride on a budget there are very nice styles that can give you the feeling for a lot less like this one.
