When I saw the DB dresses, I too thought they looked painfully similar to some of the other dresses in her collections.  Like “WTH” was she thinking similar, but whatever.. it sure benefits all the brides who want the unique “Vera” look.  The pink one comes in ivory and soft white.  I attached pictures of both for you and others.  Although I really like the neckline on the diana, I actually think the DB one is a lot more flattering.. I like how it’s drop waist and the ruffles don’t come out of no where, but that’s just me.

The Vera Wang at DB are beautiful. If I didn’t order my dress already, I would sure go there to try them on.

http://www.thethirtysomethingbride.com/imported-20100102151706/2011/2/1/davids-bridal-vs-vera-wang.html Here’s an explanation of the differences of the two Vera lines. Couture vs David’s bridal. It’s all about the choices of fabric and how it’s made that makes a difference in the cost of the gowns. I only spent the money on couture because I appreciate good fabric, and good craftsmanship. I think the white line is a great substitute if you don’t have $6,000 to spend.
